Planning a Wedding in Tuscany

How long does it take to plan a wedding in Tuscany?

Ideally, planning should begin 6–12 months in advance. Weddings can also be organized on shorter notice depending on your requirements, guest count, and the availability of venues and suppliers. We have even organized weddings in as little as 14 days.

Do you help couples living abroad?

Yes. Most of the couples we work with plan their Tuscany wedding from abroad. The entire process is designed to function remotely — we communicate online, by email, and by phone.

Who are your services suitable for?

For couples seeking elegance, calm, and an authentic Tuscan wedding, who want to avoid compromises and appreciate help with organization and local suppliers.

How many weddings do you organize per year?

I work with a limited number of couples to ensure that I can devote enough time and attention to each wedding individually.

Ceremony and Legal Formalities

Do you arrange legally recognized weddings in Italy?

Yes. I help you navigate the administrative process and work with local authorities to ensure your wedding is valid. Civil, religious, and symbolic ceremonies are all possible.

Is a wedding in Tuscany legally recognized?

Yes. An official ceremony held in Italy is valid in your home country according to your nationality. I will guide you through the entire process.

Can you arrange a valid religious (Catholic) ceremony?

Yes, we also coordinate religious ceremonies. Italy is predominantly Catholic, and we have extensive experience with these weddings.

We are an international couple — is that possible?

Absolutely. We can arrange a legally valid wedding for international couples.

We are a same-sex couple — is that possible?

Yes. Same-sex couples can legally marry in Italy.

Price and Budget

How much does a wedding in Tuscany cost?

The price depends on several factors — venue, number of guests, season, and scope of services. After an initial consultation, I can provide an indicative budget tailored to your needs.

How is the planning fee determined?

Fees are individualized — every wedding is unique. I do not work with fixed packages.

Is it possible to stick to the budget?

Yes. The budget is monitored throughout the entire planning process.

Venue and Suppliers

Do you help with choosing a venue in Tuscany?

Yes. Based on your vision and budget, I can recommend suitable villas, vineyards, or smaller family-owned locations. If you already have accommodation booked, we can plan the wedding there as well.

Do you work only with Italian suppliers?

primarily work with locally trusted suppliers in Italy, personally verified. If needed, it’s also possible to combine them with international vendors.

The Wedding Day

Will you be present on the wedding day?

Yes. On the wedding day, I coordinate all suppliers and oversee a smooth flow of events.

What if something goes wrong?

Unexpected situations can happen at any event. My role is to manage them so that you can enjoy your wedding day stress-free.
