1. Can we legally marry in Italy as US citizens?

Absolutely. Italy allows US citizens to have a legally binding ceremony. We act as your Legal Concierge, guiding you through the Nulla Osta process, translations, and prefectural appointments. If you prefer a seamless alternative, many of our couples choose a legal ceremony in the US and a breathtaking Symbolic Ceremony in the Tuscan hills.

2. How far in advance should we start envisioning our wedding?

For an intimate boutique wedding or elopement, we recommend starting the curation 10 to 12 months in advance. This ensures first pick of the most exclusive private villas and our favorite local artisans. However, if you are dreaming of a last-minute getaway, we can often orchestrate a beautiful celebration within 3 to 4 months.

3. What is the best time of year for a Tuscan wedding?

Tuscany is magical year-round, but for that iconic golden light and outdoor celebrations, May, June, and September are the "prime" months. July and August are beautiful and warm, perfect for late-night al fresco dinners. For a cozy, intimate vibe with lower rates, October offers stunning autumnal colors and the olive harvest season.

4. Do you handle guest accommodations and transportation?

Yes. For micro-weddings, the experience extends beyond the ceremony. We curate guest journeys, from booking boutique hotels to arranging private sprinters for vineyard tours or airport transfers. We ensure your loved ones feel as welcomed and cared for as you do.

5. How do we handle payments and gratuities in Italy?

Transparency is key. We provide a clear breakdown of all costs in Euros, and we can advise on the best ways to handle international transfers. Regarding gratuities (tipping), Italian customs differ from the US—we will provide you with a "Tipping Guide" so you know exactly how to thank your vendors with grace and local etiquette.
