A beautiful tenuta consisting of 6 units is located in the Chianti hills 22 km from Florence.

The Chianti area, located in the Tuscany region, combines in this wonderful location all the natural and historical characteristics that are typical of this area.

The tenuta guarantees privacy and comfort, as well as a wonderful swimming pool where you can enjoy precious moments of relaxation with friends and family, as well as a large garden that will make your holiday more enjoyable during the spring and summer season. The property offers extensive outdoor spaces and a nice panoramic swimming pool with a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards (which produce excellent wines).

Access to the property is via a dirt road suitable for any car.

All apartments offer a pleasant interior decorated in a rustic style.

Two apartments are approx. 50 from the pool, while the other 4 apartments are directly by the pool. By the pool, guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic terrace with parasols and sofas and a covered area with Wi-Fi internet access.
